Dr. Annelies Goeminne (UA) wint de J&JPRD prijs voor Medicinale Chemie, editie 2007 voor haar doctoraatsproefschrift “Development of Nucleoside Hydrolase Inhibitors as Potential Antiparasitic Agents” (promotoren Prof. A. Haemers en Prof. K. Augustyns).

Dr. Veerle Vanheusden (UGent) wint de J&JPRD prijs voor Medicinale Chemie, editie 2005.
Uit 12 ingediende werken uit alle Vlaamse universiteiten, werd Veerles proefschrift "Structure-Aided Design of Inhibitors of Mycobacterium tuberculosis Thymidylate Kinase" gekozen als beste doctoraatsthesis in het gebied van de Medicinale Chemie voor de periode november 2003 - oktober 2005. The prijs zal uitgereikt worden op 25 april in the Aula Major van de Universiteit Antwerpen, tijdens de afsluitende avond van de Kekulé Cyclus. |
